Laura B. MacNeel practices in the areas of business/commercial litigation, construction law, and labor and employment. Ms. MacNeel's practice includes representing management in labor and employment matters including wage and hour claims, discrimination, compliance, Title VII, section 1983, union grievances, union organization and negotiation and unfair labor practice claims. She also represents clients in construction and business/commercial litigation. She has represented clients from complaint filing through judgment after jury verdict.

Ms. MacNeel is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. MacNeel received her juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law from which she graduated cum laude and was made a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. In law school, Ms. MacNeel was on the Appellate Moot Court National Team and served as a member of its Board. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Duke University.
