Recent Results

Robert J. Fitzpatrick practices in the areas of construction law and business/commercial litigation. Mr. Fitzpatrick's practice includes various litigation matters from complaint filing through judgment, involving general/subcontractor disputes, owner/general contractor disputes, contract defaults, surety bond claims, contract interpretation, bid protests and lien law. He represents clients in matters involving both public and private projects. His practice also includes representation of clients in other business and commercial litigation including material sales, shareholder disputes, business disruption claims, contract disputes, unfair business practices and false claims.

Mr. Fitzpatrick received his juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, from which he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Fitzpatrick was a member of the San Diego Law Review and was selected as a recipient of the State Bar of California's Wiley W. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.  Mr. Fitzpatrick also holds an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate and previously was a CH-46 helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps.
